We are open Monday to Friday for lunch and dinner, and we'd love to welcome you to discover a little corner of Emilia-Romagna in Nundah.
Whether it is lunch with friends or dinner after work, there is always a place at the table for handmade pasta and a glass of Italian wine.
Regional cuisine is about identity. Every recipe tells you where it comes from before you even take the first bite.
There are no shortcuts behind these dishes. Just flour, eggs, time, and the experience that comes from making pasta day after day.
The menu changes as different regional dishes return to the table, celebrating the traditions that have shaped our part of Italy for centuries.
Every pasta is prepared fresh on site, every day. From long ribbons to filled pasta, each shape has its own story and purpose.
That is the region we proudly represent at Rustichella, right here in Nundah.
In Emilia-Romagna, recipes are part of everyday life. They are shaped by generations, by local ingredients, and by the hands that continue making them today.
Some places serve Italian food.

We serve the cuisine of one region.
If the sea ever found its way into an Italian garden, it might have tasted something like this. We would love to share a plate with you.
Perhaps that is the beauty of handmade pasta. It has a way of bringing together ingredients that feel as though they have known each other forever.
Every forkful carries a little of the garden and a little of the sea. Neither one competes. Together they create something quietly complete.
